PenpalNet has the best descriptions of any penpal service I have seen. * Deaf World Web Penpal page has a lot of deaf and hearing people looking for deaf and hearing people. * PenPals Inc. has a lot of people, and their own mailbox, so you don't need an e-mail address. * The Pen Pal Exchange has over 1000 people separated by state, and then by the city. * Amused Amigos! page of penpals and stuff. There are about 250 people listed on this page. * Penpals Web is dedicated to teens and college students. There are over 500 listed. * Sassy's pen pal page has about 80 people and is a good place for nice clean penpals. * Gary Neal's G-Force Penpal Page is an anime penpal page that has a lot of great people listed. * The Bug Club has a pen-pal page for people interested in insects. They have over 1500 people listed of all ages. * The E-Mail Key Pal Connection does the searching for you. You tell them what you want(age, gender, location, language, etc), and they give you a pen pal in about two weeks. * Military Mail deals with a lot of American military correspondence and has been in operation since 1965! * Student Letter Exchange sells penpal addresses from over 30 countries and between the ages of 9 and 20. * Ice skating e-mail pals club * Australian Scouting has a lot of poeople. * World Scouting Penpals has over 60 kids looking for penpals. * Angelic Garden Of Penpals is Marie-France's penpal page. * College Catholics looking for penpals.
